ABC Connect provides training and employment assistance to diverse groups specialising in empowering disengaged youth, females returning to the workplace, long term unemployed, Indigenous, and mature age job seekers. We understand what employers want and we pride ourselves on engaging in honest conversations that maximise the outcomes for all stakeholders.
Our team has worked with 1000’s of students ranging from 15 to 65 years old. As part of job ready programs, we train people to have transferable employment skills via vocational and non-vocational facilitation. We contributed valuably to the successful outcomes for 90% of participants into employment and further education.
Our success is accomplished through reverse engineering of those needs, profiling potential candidates to get them job ready, developing an interactive training environment that strikes an invaluable point of difference when it comes to securing sustainable employment opportunities. We remain adaptable & well-rounded in our approach, mentoring our cohort to breed self-confidence. Individuals are shown how to recognise their own skills, acknowledge skills gaps and focus on improving their lives.

Making a commitment to himself at a young age, Buddy purchased his first home at 19 - but life was not always so easy. A head for numbers and always willing to lend a hand, 6 years in the Australian Army has left Buddy with critical life skills and experiences that he wants to share with others.
